  • Final review & advice: Detailed review Agreed deliverable whether: legal advice of key issues, Risk Pulse© and opportunities, redline mark up of existing contract, Claim review report, draft dispute resolution plan (for claims) and/ or draft transaction plan (new transactions).
  • Close Out Meeting: Present legal advice including key issues, Risk Pulse©, gap analysis and future plan.
  • Fixed Fee, invoiced fortnightly in arrears to suit your budget.

Contract Risk Shield (CRS)©

From $289 to $2,590/week
  • Contract Dissection Session (1-2 hours): Extract key dates, conditions precedent, risk triggers.
  • Contract Risk Dashboard Setup: Cloud tracker shared with PMs and GC showing upcoming risks and entitlements.
  • Weekly or fortnightly Risk Pulse©: Email/brief call flagging upcoming deadlines, risks, and recommended action.
  • Optional, On-Demand Claim & Notice Drafting: Drafting of EOT claims, SOP payment claims, notices of dispute, change management notices etc.
